Chicken (cubes) ½ kg
Olive oil ¼ cup
Onion (cut into squares) 1 unit
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Tomatoes (seeds removed, in squares) 2 units
Capsicums (cut in squares) 2 units
Oregano 1 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Shangrila Soy Sauce 1 tbs
Shangrila Bar B.Q Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce 2 tbs
Cut the chicken into cubes, marinate with salt, pepper, oil, all Shangrila Sauces. Put them on skewers alternating with vegetables, grill them in a grill pan for 5 mins each side, serve immediately with French fries.
