Chicken (whole) ½ kg
Rice 250 gms
Butter 1 tbs
Onion (chopped) 1 unit
Mixed frozen vegetables 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tbs
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbs
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tbs
Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce 1 tbs
Tomato (chopped) 1 unit
Make cuts on the whole chicken and marinate with Shangrila seasonings and Shangrila sauces. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, fry for 5 mins, add marinated chicken, then cover and cook till chicken is done. In another pan, heat butter, add chopped tomatoes, add 2 ½ cups of water, add soaked rice with salt and pepper, cook until dry and tender. Add mixed vegetables, leave it on low flame, move in a large dish, arrange the whole chicken on top and serve.
