Prawns 300 gms
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 3 tbs
Lemon peel 1 tbs
Mushroom 1 cup
Tom yum paste 2 tbs
Tomato 2 units
Onion 1 unit
Green Chilli 8-10 units
Shangrila Lemon Juice 3 tbs
Chicken cube 2-3 units
Corn flour as per need
Salt as per taste
Green coriander for garnish
Fill water in a pan and add prawns, chicken cubes, lemon peel, and green chillies. Cook them for ½ hour and then add mushroom, tom yum paste, tomato, onion, green chillies, Shangrila Chilli Sauce, green coriander, and salt. Cook it for 8 to 10 minutes and then add corn flour in the pan. Dish out the mixture and serve it with the garnish of coriander and Shangrila Lemon Juice.
Serve with Shangrila Chilli Sauce, Shangrila Vinegar and Shangrila Soy Sauce
