Fish (boneless 1”x1” cubes) 500 gms
Garlic cloves (chopped) 2 tbs
Ginger (chopped) 2 tbs
Oil 6 tbs
Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce 1½ cup
Shangrila Lemon Juice 1/3 cup
Salt 1 tbs
Ginger (julienne cut) 3 tbs
Chicken cubes 2 units
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and fry them for one minute. Add fish boneless cubes and fry on high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Add Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce, Shangrila Lemon Juice, ginger chopped, salt and chicken cubes mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with plain boiled rice.
