Maize flour 1/2 cup
White flour 1-1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Chicken (minced) ½ kg
Garlic Cloves 4-5 pcs
Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce 4 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tbs Corn flour 1 tsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tbs
White pepper powder 1 tbs
Chicken broth 1 cup
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce as per need
Mayonnaise as per need
Jalapeno 4-5 units
Salad leaves 4-5 units
Tomato 2 units
Green coriander ½ bunch
Cucumber 1 unit
Oil 2-3 tbs
Salt as per taste
Preparing Tacos:
Mix white flour, salt, and maize flour together and make a dough with water. Flatten the dough and cut small circles from it.
Making the filling:
Now heat oil in a pan and fry garlic in it. Then roast the chicken in the same oil and add all the spices and sauce in it. Now add chicken broth in the pan and add corn flour as well. Keep adding corn flour until the mixture becomes dry and the chicken becomes tender. Once that happens, take the pan off the stove. Now add chopped or sliced vegetables in the mixture. Fill this mixture in the tacos and serve them with Shangrila Peri Peri sauce and mayonnaise.
