Ingredient

Beef mince  250 gms

Small buns as per need

Mozzarella cheese (grated) ½ cup

Basal leaves handful

For Sauce:

Oil  2 tbs

Garlic cloves (crushed)  3 units

Red chillies (crushed) 1 tbs

Salt  1 tsp

Oregano  1 tsp

Onion (chopped)  1 unit

Sugar  1 tsp

Tomato puree/paste  1 cup

Shangrila ketchup  2 tbs

Shangrila Garlic Chilli  2 tbs

Preparation

Method

Heat up oil. Add onion, sauté and add garlic, salt, oregano, sugar, crushed red chillies and a little water. Add Shangrila Tomato Ketchup, Shangrila Garlic Chilli Sauce and tomato puree and let it cook till it gets thick. Add mince beef to the heated oil in the pan. Fry over high temperature until it gets completely brown. Pour in the sauce and leave to bubble until it gets thickened.  Toast the buns lightly. Divide the mince between the buns. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese. Grill for 3-4 minutes, until the cheese gets golden color. Garnish with basil leaves.
