Beef (minced, double grinded) 300 gms
Chicken (minced) 300 gms
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbs
Red chilli (crushed) 1 tbs
Onion (thinly chopped) 1 unit
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Mint Coriander Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbs
Mozzarella Cheese as per need
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbs
Eggs 2 units
Bread crumbs 2-3 tbs
Oil 2-3 tbs
Salt as per taste
Start by adding all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix everything well. Now leave the mixture for a while until everything is settled together. After that, make round kababs out of the mixture and stuff cheese into it. Fry the kababs on low flame until crispy and brown. Now place a tissue paper on a plate and keep placing fried kababs on it, so that all the excess oil is absorbed in the tissue. Then dish them out in a service platter and serve with salad leaves, tomato, and onions.
You can also stuff vegetables in the kabab in addition to cheese.
