Potato (boiled) ½ kg
White Chickpeas (boiled) 1 cup
Shangrila Soy Sauce 4 tbs
Green chilli (chopped) 4-5 units
Green coriander (chopped) 2 tbs
Onion (chopped) 1 unit
Tomato (chopped) 1 unit
Red chilli (crushed) ½ tsp
White cumin seeds (roasted) 1 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Chaat masala 1 tbs
Yogurt (whisked) 1 cup
Crackers garnishing
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce as per taste
Shangrila Imli Ginger Sauce as per taste
Shangrila Mint Coriander Sauce as per tast
Boil white chickpeas and potato in 2 cups of water with some Shangrila Soy Sauce. When the potato and chickpeas are soft, dish them out and add all the ingredients with Shangrila sauces and serve it with crackers.
