Paratha (frozen) 4 units
Chicken boneless (small cubes) 250 gms
Shangrila Pizza Sauce 1 cup
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Capsicum (small cubes) 1 unit
Onion (small cubes) 1 unit
Black olives slices 3 tbs
Garlic powder 1 tbs
White pepper 1 tbs
Chilli powder 1 tbs
Turmeric powder 1 tbs
Salt 1 tbs
Oil 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 tbs
In a bowl add chicken, garlic powder, white pepper, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and Shangrila Lemon Juice mix well and set aside. In a pan heat oil, add the chicken and fry on a high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside. Now add 1 tbs oil in a pan. place the paratha in it and fry on medium heat on both side for 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat with all the paratha.
Now place the paratha on a flat surface, add 5 tbs of Shangrila Pizza Sauce and spread evenly. Sprinkle Cheddar and Mozarella cheese on top. Then add cooked chicken and vegetables. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
