Salt 1 tbs
Garlic powder 1 tbs
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Kachri powder 1 tbs
Onion paste 3 tbs
White pepper 1 tbs
Charcoal 1 pc
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
In a bowl, add mutton boti, Shangrila Lemon Juice, kachri powder, onion paste, white pepper, salt, and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 12 to 18 hours. Now heat the charcoal piece and place it on an aluminium foil at the centre of mutton boti. Pour 1 tbs of oil on it and cover. After one minute, remove the charcoal and aluminium foil and discard. Mix the muton boti well. Heat oil in a pan and put mutton boti on high heat for 6-8 minutes. Add 1 cup of water, cover and cook on slow heat for 20 minutes. Uncover and dry all the liquid. Add Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce, cook for 2 to 3 minutes and serve hot.
