Chicken boneless (cut in cubes) ½ kg
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbs
Onion (cubes) 1 unit
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Corn flour as per need
White flour 1 cup
Chicken cubes 2 units
Shangrila Soy Sauce 2-3 tbs
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce 1/3 cup
Shangrila Garlic Chilli ½ cup
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1/3 cup
Capsicum (cubes) 1 unit
Carrot (cubes) 1 unit
Spring onion (for
garnishing)
Oil 2-3 tbs
Salt as per taste
Add garlic and chicken boneless cubes in a pan and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Then add all Shangrila sauces, spices and vegetables and cook them. Now add 2-3 cups of water in a pan and add chicken cubes and mix well. Add corn flour to thicken the mixture. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
