Boneless chicken ½ kg (cut into small cubes)
Raw papaya 1 tbs
Shangrila Mint Coriander Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Yogurt 1 cup
Cream ½ cup
All spices ½ tsp
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Onion (raw grinded) 1 unit
White pepper ½ tsp
White karahi masala 2 tbs
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green chillies (sliced) 2 units
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbs
Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients except oil and onion for 1 hour. Heat oil and fry onion for 5 mins till light golden, add marinated chicken, cover and cook till oil comes on top. Lastly add sliced green chillies and coriander leaves, serve with nan.
