Beef mince 250 gms
Capsicum (chopped) 1 unit
Onion (chopped) 1 unit
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbs
Black olives (chopped) 2 tbs
Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce 4 tbs
Shangrila Pizza Sauce ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 1 cup
Puff Pastry ½ kg
Egg (White) 1 unit
Salt 1 tsp
For Pie Mix:
In a bowl, add minced beef, onion, capsicum, garlic, salt, black olives, Shangrila Peri Peri Sauce and Shangrila Pizza Sauce. Mix well and refrigerate. Now roll puff pastry into a sheet, cut into 4”x8” pcs. Place 3 tbsp of the pie mix in the center of the puff pastry along with 3 tbsp each of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Brush the sides of the puff pastry with egg white. Wrap the puff pastry and seal the sides. Poke holes over the top with fork to let the steam out. Brush well with egg white and bake for 20 mins in preheated oven at 200°C.
Serve hot.
