Lamb chops ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Red pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Yogurt 4 tbs
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce 4 tbs
Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbs
Mashed potatoes to serve
Water 2 cups
Green onion for garnish
Oil ¼ cup
Marinate chops with all the given ingredients for 2 hours. Add in 2 cups of water and cook till chops are tender and dry. Add ¼ cup oil and fry chops for 5 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes.
