Chicken (boneless 1½” x 1½” cubes) 500 gms
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbs
Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce 1 cup
Salt 1 tbs
Charcoal 1 pc
Shangrila Lemon Juice 1 tbs
Shashlik sticks 6 pcs
Oil 8 tbs
Chicken powder 1 tsp
In a bowl, add chicken, garlic, Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce, salt, Shangrila Lemon Juice and chicken powder mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat a piece of charcoal, put it on aluminium foil and place it in the middle of the chicken. Pour 2 tbs oil on charcoal, cover for a minute and remove the charcoal. Mix the chicken well along with all ingredients and skewer the chicken on shashlik sticks. Heat 6 tbs oil in a pan and cook the chicken on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes on both sides. Serve with vegetables.
