Chicken (leg cut) 4 pieces
Shangrila Soy Sauce 2 tbs
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 3 tbs
Black pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce 8 tbs
Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Yellow food coloring 1 pinch
Corn flour 2 tbs
Oil 1 tbs
Salt as per taste
Make slight incisions in chicken leg pieces. Mix Shangrila Soy Sauce, Shangrila Lemon Juice, black pepper, Yellow food coloring and salt together and spread it over the chicken. Then coat the chicken with corn flour and marinate for 30 minutes. Deep fry the chicken and season it with Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce and Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce to serve.
Be cautious of the marination time.
