Fish fillet ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Fresh Coriander 1 bunch
Fresh Mint 1 bunch
Green chillies 4-6 units
Coconut (desiccated) ½ cup
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Garlic cloves 3-4 units
Shangrila Lemon Juice /Vinegar as per need
Marinate fish with salt, Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce and turmeric for half an hour. Grind mint, coriander, green chillies, desiccated coconut, cumin seeds, garlic with Shangrila Lemon Juice or Shangrila Vinegar adding very little water. Apply thick chutney on the fish pieces, wrap well in banana leaves and steam in a steamer till done.
Serve it hot.
