Rice (boiled) 300 gms
Beef (boiled, undercut) ½ kg
Garlic cloves (chopped) 3-4 units
Spring onions (chopped) 4 sticks
Peas ½ cup
Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Shangrila Soy Sauce 2-3 tbs
Brown sugar ½ tsp
Cashew (roasted) ½ cup
Oil 3-4 tbs
Salt as per taste
First pour rice in a bowl and boil them. Then add garlic, Shangrila Chilli Sauce and Shangrila Green Chilli Sauce in a frying pan with oil and fry on high flame. Now add beef and peas in it and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes. Now add boiled rice in the frying pan and cook it for 2 minutes on high flame. Add Shangrila Soy Sauce and brown sugar in it and mix all the ingredients well. Take the mixture out in a serving bowl and serve it with cashew and spring onions.
