Chicken fillet ½ kg
Salt, pepper and crushed red pepper 1 tsp each
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Shangrila Mango Chilli Sauce 4 tbs
Shangrila Hot Sriracha Sauce 2 tbs
Flour 1 tbs
Cream 2 tbs
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Oil 2 tbs
Butter 2 tbs
Parsley (chopped) 1 tbs
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 1 hour, and fry in ¼ cup oil for 15 minutes. Serve garnished with finely chopped parsley.
