Beef mince ½ kg
French bread (cut into pieces) as per need
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Tomato (cubes) 1 unit
Sour cream ½ cup
Olives ½ cup
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Peri-Peri Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tbs
Shangrila ketchup 2 tbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste with chopped onion. Fry for 2 mins, add beef mince with all Shangrila Sauces and seasonings and 1 cup of water, then cover and cook till meat is tender. Dish out the prepared beef mince and sprinkle cheese over it. Add in veggies, top with cheese, slice the bread into small pieces, fix at the corner of the dish and bake for 20 mins until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
