Beef slices (undercut) 1/2 kg
Garlic ginger paste 1 tbs
Shangrila BBQ Sauce 2 tbs
Onion 1 unit
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 5 tbs
Shangrila Garlic Chilli 2 tbs
Beef stock ½ cup
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tbs
Sesame seeds (roasted) as per need
Oil 2-3 tbs
Salt as per taste
First add 2 tablespoons of Shangrila Worcestershire sauce in onion and sauté it a bit. Remove the sautéed onions in a hot plate. Now mix all the spices and Shangrila sauces and pour it on the beef slices. Cook it until the meat is tender. Dish it out in a hot plate and garnish it with roasted sesame seeds. Serve it with garlic bread.
To make garlic bread at home: French bread (as per need), Butter (as per need), Garlic chopped (as per need) Mix butter and garlic and spread it on the bread. Bake it in the oven or roast it on a flat pan.
