Apples 2 units
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Fruiti-O Apple Nectar ¼ cup
Brown sugar 2 tbs
Short crust pastry ½ kg
Egg (to brush) 1 unit
Mix chopped apples with Fruiti-O Apple Nectar, cinnamon powder and brown sugar. Roll out the short crust pastry and cut in the size of the turnover moulds and place filling in it and seal well. Brush egg coating and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until it’s golden and done.
