Beef undercut 1 (piece) ½ kg
Butter 2 tbs
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbs
Flour 1 tbs
Shangrila Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 2 tbs
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Onion 1 unit (cut into rings slices)
Marinate undercut piece with all the given ingredients. Heat butter in the pan, add marinated undercut, cook for 10 mins, brown undercut for 10 mins, add 2 glass of water, cover and cook for another 30 mins. In a small pan mix yogurt with flour, slowly add to the boiling undercut, pour the sauce over the meat, cook for another 10 mins till done. Add onion rings, cook for 5 mins and serve immediately.
