Ingredient
Plain flour 3 cups
Milk 1 cup
Instant yeast 1 tbs
Butter 85 gms
Egg 1 unit
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbs
For Egg Wash:
Milk and whole egg
For Slider Patty:
Minced beef 750 gms
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garlic clove (chopped) 1 unit
Dried thyme 2 tbs
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbs
Black pepper (crushed) 8-9 pcs
Onion (chopped) 2 units
Fresh coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
Oil for frying
Cheddar Cheese 100 gms
Mozzarella Cheese 100 gms (grated, 1 packet each)
For Slider Sauce:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Shangrila Pizza Sauce ¼ cup
Yellow mustard ¼ cup
Shangrila Vinegar 2-3 tbs
Shangrila Pizza Sauce for brushing

Preparation
Method
- Add plain flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, milk, egg and mix well. When everything is mixed together, kneed it for 10 minutes using the heel of your palm till it gets smooth. Oil it, keep it in greased bowl, cover and leave it untill it becomes double in volume.
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Remove the dough from the bowl. Knead it again, divide into small balls and arrange in to 9*9 inch greased pan, cover and leave to rise.
- Mix milk and 1 whole egg. Mix it well, brush the buns, put the buns into the oven till golden from top.
- Remove and bring it to room temperature. Cover and store
For Slider patty:
To make slider sauce, mix mayonnaise, Shangrila Pizza Sauce, Yellow mustard and Shangrila Vinegar together.
For Slider patty:
- Mix onion powder, fine chopped garlic, fresh corian der, chopped onion, mixed herbs, Shangrila Worcester shire sauce. Mix it all together and leave it for 35 mins
- Make small patties. Heat some oil in the pan and fry meat patties till golden in color
- Now cut the sliders and place it over aluminum foil. Spread Shangrila Pizza Sauce and some grated cheese over it, then place the patty and drizzle prepared sauce and grated cheese
- Close the sliders, pack it tightly, place into the oven at 170°C for 12-15 mins
- Then remove and serve with potato fries
