Greek Chicken Calzone

Chicken breast 1 cut into small cubes
Garlic cloves 3no, minced
Onions sliced 1 large size, cut into smalll pieces
Capsicum 1  cut into small pieces
chicken sausagez 6no cut into small pieces
Shangrila Vinegar 1tbsp
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 2tbdp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Dried basil 1/2tsp heaped
Onion powder 1/2tsp
Sugar 1/2tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Black pepper 1/4tsp
Paprika 1/2tsp
Crushed red chillies 1tsp levelled
Oregano 1tsp 
Oil for cooking 4-5tbsp
Shangrila Pizza Sauce as required
Cream cheese (puck) 1glass
Cheddar 1 packet 500gm
Mozarella 1 packet 500gm
Smoked chicken strips 12no

For sauce

Mayonnaise 1/2c
Shangrila ketchup 1/4c
Yellow mustard 1/4c
Shangrila Vinegar 1 or 2tbsp
Crushed black pepper

Calzone dough

Plain flour 21/2c
Sugar 1tsp
Instant yeast 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Oil 2tbsp
water for kneading as required
Mixed herbs to sprinkle
Crushed red chilliez to sprinkle

Mix all very well. SAUCE is ready. Set it aside

For chicken

Mix all spices and apply on chicken. Marinate for few hours. When cooking, heat a pan and few tbdp of oil and saute cook till chicken is tender, now add sausages, add onion and capsicum stir till onion and capsicum becomes soft. add olives and mushrooms..

Remove the pan and let it cool. Topping is ready to use

Calzone dough

For the dough mix all the ingredients. Add water and knead till smooth.oil the surface cover and leave to raise. When dough is doubled remove punch down, knead again and divide into equall size balls like for roti. Roll it spread generous amount of chicken, cheddar and mozarella, 1tsp of cream cheese, 1tbsp of prepared sauce and 1tbsp of shangrila pizza sauce.

Now close the circle by giving it a half moon shape.  Press the corners
Brush shangrila pizza sauce, sprinkle herbs and crushed red chillies.
Place in preheated oven maximum temperature, bake till golden in color and crisp. Serve hot.
