Mutton (big pieces) 1 kg
Flour (kneaded) 400 gms
Garlic (chopped) 2 tbs
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 4 tbs
Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbs
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Tomato 2 units
Capsicum 2 units
Green chilies 6 units
Onion 2 units
Oil 4-5 tbs
Salt as per need
Add mutton, garlic, black pepper, cinnamon, Shangrila sauces and salt in a bowl and leave it to marinate for 1-2 hours. Now in a separate bowl, add 3 cups of water, add marinated mutton and seal the lid with the help of flour dough. Let it sit on medium heat for 45-60 minutes. The mutton is ready. Grill the vegetables and serve mutton with grilled veges.
Use big pieces of mutton.
