Beef (minced) ½ kg
Shangrila Hot Habanero Sauce 4 tbs
Shangrila Vinegar 2 tbs
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 4 tbs
Garlic paste 2 tbs
Green coriander ½ bunch
Oil 2 tbs
White flour 1 cup
Maize flour 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt as per need
Oil for frying
For minced beef:
Fry minced beef and garlic paste in a pan. Mix Shangrila sauces into the pan and fry well. The minced beef is ready. Garnish with coriander.
For nachos:
Add white flour and maize flour, red chilli powder, and salt in a bowl and knead the mixture into a dough. Flatten the dough and then cut triangular pieces out of it. Deep fry all the pieces and leave to cool.
You can also cut nachos in different shapes.
