Minced beef 500 gms
Eggs (whisked) 2 units
Onion (chopped) 2 units
Garlic cloves (chopped) 5-6 units
Oregano powder ½ tsp
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbs
Shangrila Vinegar 1 tsp
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 1 tbs
Corn flour 2-3 tbs
White chilli powder 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs ½ cup
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion in it. Sauté the onion and add garlic and oregano in it. Mix everything well and then take the pan off the stove. Cool it off by pouring the mixture in a mixing bowl. Now add eggs, salt, corn flour, white chilli powder, Shangrila sauces and Shangrila Vinegar, bread crumbs and minced beef in the mixing bowl and make a uniform mixture. Make mini balls of the mixture and fry them in a pan. Once fried, dish the meat balls out and serve them hot.
Shallow fry the meatballs on medium heat.
