Fish (in pieces) ½ kg
Garlic paste 1 tbs
Potato (sliced) 3 units
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce 6 tbs
Shangrila Chilli Sauce 4 tbs
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Marinate fish pieces by mixing it with 4 tbs of Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbs of garlic paste, and 2 tbs of Shangrila Chilli Sauce. Then cut the potatoes in the shape of chips and leave them to marinate as well, by mixing them with 2 tbs of Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce and 2 tbs of Shangrila Chilli Sauce. Now mix all-purpose flour, corn flour, and salt in a mixing bowl and dip the fish and chips in the mixture. Fry the fish and chips in a frying pan and when ready, serve them with Shangrila Hot Habanero sauce.
Dry the fish thoroughly before marinating it.
