Ingredient

Pizza Dough

Plain Flour 2 1/2cups
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Yeast
1tsp Salt
11/2tbsp Oil
Water For Kneading (Luke Warm)

Pizza Toping

Chicken Tikka

Smoked Chicken (Ready Made) 9-8 Strips
Chicken Breast 1/2 Piece ( Cut Into Small Pieces)
Shangrila Vinegar 2tbsp
Dahi 4tbsp (Not Carton)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2tbsp
Zeera Roasted Anf Crushef 1 1/2tsp
Garam Masala 1/2tsp
Biryani Food Color 1/4tsp
Kashmiri Laal Mirch 1/2tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2tsp
Chaat Masala 1tsp
Salt To Taste
Oil 2tbsp
Sliced Olives 5no
Capsicum 1/2 Cut Into Cubes
Onion 1/2cut Into Cubes
Mushrooms 4-5no Sliced
Charcoal Pieces
Basil 1/2tsp
Oregano/2 Tsp Or Mixed Herbs
Crushed Red Chillies
Shangrila Pizza Sauce 1/2c
Chedder 100gm 1pack
Mozarella 1pack

Preparation

For the dough mix all the ingredients. Knead till smooth. Leave to raise.

Meanwhile prepare chicken tikka mix all ingredients apply on chicken. Leave 1/2hour. Heat charcoal, place it on chicken, drop few droplets oil, cover for smoke. Leave till smoke subsides.Heat 2tbsp of oil put all chicken in it cook till tender.
Bring to room temperture.

Preheat oven maximum temperature

Prepare pizza pan.  Apply some oil on it

When dough doubles in volume, punch it down knead again cut into half. Roll it into a large ball. Use rolling pin and roll it to fit 12inch pan ( u cann also use 10 inch round pan.

Fit the roll dough over pan, spread shangrila pizza sauce. Sprinkle some cheese.
Arrange topping ( cubed onion, cubed capsicum, mushrooms, olives, smoked chicken, chicken tikka pieces.)
Now sprinkle basil and oregano(u can also use mixed herbs) crushed red chilles anad 3tbsp of oil on top. Bake till slightly golden in colorand cheese melts.

Cut into pieces serve hot.
