Beef minced 1kg, 

Dry Spice Mix:
11/2tsp zeera, 
11/2tsp sabut dhaniya, 
2tsp black pepper corns, 
2bay leaves, 
salt to taste, 
long-pepper 1tsp, 
1ts pamchur powder(mango powder)


2medium size onion very fine chopped, 
1/2bunch FRESH Coriander, fine chopped, 
1 1/2tbsp ginger garlic paste,
4-5green chillies fine chopped. 
Raw papaya paste 11/2tbsp

Step 1: Make Spice Mix

heat pan add black pepper corns, zeera, whole coriander, bay leaves, zeera when slight aroma comes remove from the pan cool it and grind to a fine powder, 

now mix this grinded masala, amchur powder, salt to taste. Mix all the spices in minced beef, papaya paste and grind to a fine paste, refrigerate over night. Heat a charcoal piece drop few drops of oil, cover and give it a charcoal smoke.

To Make Kababs

Heat griddle add few tbsp's of oil to it, make small balls, give it a long kebab (sausage) shape and fry, cover and leave to cook till tender and golden in color (it will hardly take 4min) remove, make rest of the kebabs the same wab. Serve with naan, onion, green chutney.
